Treasurer-Allyssa Gapinski
Allyssa Gapinski was born and raised in Michigan, moving to Montana to be close to family in 2022. She is the current Director of Development at the Indian Law Resource Center, headquartered in Helena, MT. She is a former rural county first responder for Genesee County and proud spouse to a United States Marine Corps combat veteran who served and deployed to Afghanistan multiple times throughout much of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Allyssa holds a Master of Science in Community Sustainability and Sustainable Agriculture from the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Michigan State University. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and Religion from Adrian College.
Allyssa spent the majority of her younger life moving throughout the United States, spending much of her formative years in Annapolis, MD. This time with her uncle, who retired as a Command Master Chief in the United States Navy, as well as three generations of service members honoring and defending the U.S. in times of war, has created a lasting impact of service for Allyssa. This driving factor has propelled her to spend over 15 years in nonprofit leadership creating and maintaining programs that afford opportunities for vulnerable individuals in their communities throughout the Nation.
Allyssa currently resides in East Helena with her four beautiful children, loving husband and three sweet dogs. When she is not serving on the board of Impact Montana, you can find Allyssa in the mountains on a two-track in her Jeep.
