Adam is an accomplished leader with over 12 years of service in the United States Air Force as both an Air Liaison Officer and a Nuclear Missile Operator. He specializes in high level project management, resource allocation, manpower efficiency, and intelligence work. Adam brings a unique background to the Impact Montana team not only through his service but also his passion and vast experience with not for profit and volunteer work and is bringing his skillset to the Impact Montana team as our first ever Program Specialist.

His background spans across multiple leadership, teaching, and mentorship roles including having been one of the most highly regarded and awarded instructors within the ICBM community, a decorated leader, a top advisor to several senior military leaders, and leading the DoDs recognized number 1 response Crisis Action Team at the onset of the Covid pandemic.

Additionally he is an accomplished business owner with Mountain Muscle LLC having trained 100+ clients, athletes and bodybuilders with a record 68 top placings in his first 2 years as a coach. He also brings a special blue collar approach to the team having worked multiple jobs in construction and ranching.

These skills and more are what built his passion for helping and advocating for our veterans and first responders.

His military experience isn't all Adam brings to the table. He has volunteered with several not for profit organizations including what used to be one of Montana’s largest horse rescue foundations. Donating over 800 hours, 8,000 miles of transport, and countless other sacrifices he was directly involved in and responsible for the re-homing of 70+ horses that were rescued from abusive and neglectful situations; even adopting some of those horses himself. He is also a member of the Cascade County Sheriffs Posse where they stand ready to assist in any mountain search and rescue missions. His zeal and passion for service to others is what makes him the ideal pick for our first ever Program Specialist. Adam also holds multiple certifications including the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Associations, International Sports Science Academy, animal training, and others associated with nuclear sciences.

For Impact Montana and its participants Adam is wholly dedicated to taking advantage of his experience and passion to bring further innovation to our program, growing our service partner network, increasing our capacity to help more veterans and emergency personnel. What makes Adam a truly special addition to our team is that in 2022 he was a participant in the program and not only greatly benefited from the work Impact Montana does but became so committed to our mission, values, and vision he has come full circle to become a part of helping others like him and more. This insightful perspective makes him the perfect choice to help mentor, coach, and lead our participants to a life where they can and will thrive.
