The Thrive Factor Model

The model consists of six functional areas of wellness that promotes an individual's and/or family's ability to thrive. The model includes Physical Health and Wellness, Career Wellness, Family Wellness, Social Wellness, Financial Wellness, and Spiritual Health and Wellness.

PHYSICAL

Conditioning Impact Montana participants to handle the stressors of life during and after service.

FINANCIAL

Coaching individuals to become more effective managers of their finances, no matter their current situation.

SOCIAL

Supporting healthy community engagement to reduce isolation and increase interactivity.

CAREER

Helping individuals assess, utilize and develop useful skills and abilities, allowing them to thrive in the workplace.

SPIRITUAL

Helping individuals and families assess aspects of spiritual health, such as purpose, hope, connection to others and identity.

FAMILY

Helping families grow and thrive despite the challenges associated with service.
