Executive Director-Paul Yuzapavik
Paul is a distinguished leader with over a decade of experience in staff training, research, intelligence analysis, and mission-critical project management. As the Executive Director of Impact Montana, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in guiding high-performing teams and driving impactful initiatives that support the critical needs of first responders and veterans.
With a background that spans leadership roles in both military and civilian sectors, Paul has an exceptional track record of collaborating with international stakeholders, managing large-scale projects, and delivering results in high-stakes environments. Over the course of his military career in the U.S. Air Force, Paul led teams in research, analysis, and training, managing assets worth over $1 billion and overseeing operations across eight global locations. As a U.S. Air Force officer, Paul developed expertise in navigating complex geopolitical challenges and building international cooperation, skills that are invaluable in advocating for and supporting veterans and first responders.
In addition to military experience, Paul has worked extensively in various leadership and consultancy roles, specializing in policy development, team training, and operational coordination. Paul has been a key advisor to high-level government officials, including ambassadors and policymakers, and has authored intelligence products that have been read by top U.S. leaders, including the President and Secretary of Defense.

Whether through strategic partnerships, direct advocacy, or community-driven programs, Paul is dedicated to ensuring that those who serve and protect our communities, as well as their families, receive the support and recognition they deserve.
Paul's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2002, and an Associate of Science in Biology from Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell, Montana, in 1998. Paul also holds numerous specialized certifications and training in areas such as intelligence operations, academic instruction, and occupational safety.
As Executive Director of Impact Montana, Paul continues to build on a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and supporting those who protect and serve our nation and communities. Paul resides in Kalispell, Montana with his wife and two children.
